See:  How to tell which Nicovape® Q version you have

🔐 1. The device is in Locked Mode

In Locked Mode:

  • No LED shows when you touch the USB-C

  • The device does not produce vapour when you puff

How to unlock:

  • Tap the USB-C port five times quickly

    • ✅ Device will vibrate and flash a white LED

  • Alternatively, perform a quick reset (see below)

🔴 2. The No-Liquid Lock Has Activated

If your device vibrates and flashes red, it has detected insufficient liquid and locked itself for safety.

  • If the cartridge is empty: Remove and replace it. Do not reset and continue puffing — this may cause a burnt taste.

  • If liquid remains: You can reset and continue using the device.

🔄 How to Perform a Quick Reset

  1. Press your thumb against the side of the cartridge while holding the device — move it gently to one side

    open
  2. Move the cartridge back into position to reconnect

    closed

The device will connect with the cartridge and function normally.
